The popular opinion of late is that raw is the way to go when eating food- after all, That way it retains all of the goodies our bodies need. I guess there is some truth to that. But that also.means that it is harder to digest and puts more strain on the digestive system.
Another thing to consider is that you probably just pulled it out of the fridge and ot is still cold. I mention this because I’ve been reading up on chinese medicine and the effects of heat and cold have on the body. for example, The chinese acually avoid drinking refrigerated water. Heat is energy. Cold is stagnation. as a rule never eat food straightout of the fridge. Anyway, try to remember that everyone’s body is different. Anyway, that’s just my 2 cents.
