Do you take care of yourself your health,
maybe take cold showers, Avoid sugar and eat wholesome foods. And yet, sometimes it seems your body still won’t cooperate. I personally tried the Keto diet for a while, perhaps even misunderstood it a little. So much obsessing and researching and changing my mind and yet all I seemed to do was get even sicker.
I was sicker than the people around me who didn’t seem to care. They were happier, too, drinking their coffees and fast food and chugging along wonderfully. To anyone obsessing about their diet, please, stop. It’s not doing you any good. Most of it is fads anyway!
