Moving on from Food

For a long time I’ve dedicated this blog to the inns and outs of a natural and healthy diet. And It’s been a whole lot of fun, and I feel like I’ve been able to share something worthwhile. But in all honesty, I’m not sure I have anything of note left to say.

I mean Sure, I could muse enthusiastically about how much I love Chickpeas or explain how to prepare Chia seeds properly- But my heart just isn’t in it anymore. I figure there are plenty of other people doing that, and If I am going to I write something it should be something that people are not already talking about. Something only I could say. Isn’t that what this is all about? Expressing that unique voice we all have? And personally, I’d like to discuss how we can live a good and virtuous life. How can we be the best versions of ourselves? How can we honor the divine in our everyday activities? Is there any point to praying before a meal?  Should we have our hair up while sleeping? Is meditation beneficial?  Why do people fast? I’d like to branch out and explore a wide range of subjects. I’m not saying I’ll never revisit the topic of diet, But I’d like to change gears.
